"Our family would like to thank Eva and the front desk team for their great help during our stay. Everyone was friendly and patient, helping us with directions, a power adapter, and an umbrella. Eva explained how street names work here, which was very helpful. On Christmas morning, the staff even went outside in the cold to call a taxi for us. The service truly exceeded our expectations.
