Lovely home for the perfect vacation!

Can’t say enough about this vacation home! Two couples traveling to Kona. Your home provided a convenient location to explore the island. And we only missed one sunset in our 10 day stay! We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel equipment. Cooked out a few times. And the beds were sooo comfortable! Thank you for making this trip a home away from home! Absolutely recommend!

Great location nice private home

this is a stand alone home - very hawaiin style. super nice to be right on the water. short walk to a cute little beach. it is a little outdated but was fine for us. town was a couple mile walk. the complete package would have been able to walk to town. again, it was fine for us. we were driving anyways for adventures.

The property’s location and views were amazing! However The spa we couldn’t get the jets to come out very powerful. There’s a few things that need updating but the beds were very comfortable! They had pretty much everything we needed! They definitely have old snorkeling equipment so bring your own! Overall we had a very comfortable time here!

Perfect Vacation House

Beautiful view with majestic sunsets! House has everything we needed to cook and more. Comfortable beds with extra linens and towels. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and more! House was close to everything...restaurants, shops, beaches, and farmers markets. Peter responded when we needed anything.. wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again.

We’ve been to Hawaii so many times, but it’s our second time on the Big Island, I highly recommend this place. Great location, it’s right on the street to get out, but no issues. Cleanliness is my biggest issue with VRBO, this home is so nice and clean and I think it’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, I would definitely come back. Awesome!!

The View!!

Wonderful house in the best location. It was great sitting on the deck in the morning watching the waves crashing 10 feet away from me. Watched breaching whales while sipping coffee. Sitting in the hot tub on the deck under the stars and listening to the ocean was perfect. The house was well stocked and everything worked. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Hidden Gem

Spent the last 10 days soaking up the sound of the ocean waves and the gentle breeze from the lanai of this wonderful property and we can’t wait to go back. The home is well appointed and clean! The kitchen appliances appear to be new. Although it was hot and humid during our stay, the A/C and ceiling fans made sleeping comfortably a breeze. And those sunset views are too pretty to put into words!!! Host is easy to work with and very responsive. We will be back!

Living for this Lanai!!

What a wonderful home, right on the beautiful Pacific Ocean! We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the lanai, watching the humpback whales frolic right in front of us, and soaking in the hot tub. But the Sunsets…the Sunsets were SPECTACULAR, every single day. The home is close enough to the shopping and restaurants (7 min drive) but still gave us the privacy and Hawaii experience we were craving. We fully took advantage of the very well stocked kitchen. Everything you can possibly need to cook up some delicious meals. There is a great farmers market a few blocks up the street for fresh produce & coffee. Also a grocery store & fish market is a 10 min drive away. The decor is in need of some updating/cleaning, but since we spent the majority of our time outside, that was easily overlooked. Peter was an outstanding host and communicator. We will definitely be back!!

Rare Find

Truly a hidden gem! This place checks all the boxes we are looking for when we travel: location, amenities, cleanliness, and comfort. Hands down the best seaside view Kona has to offer! Nothing better than sitting on the large lanai soaking in the sound of the waves and beauty of the vivid blue ocean ….except the picture postcard perfect sunsets! We spent the vast majority of our stay on the lanai soaking in the sights sounds and smells of the ocean. The location is a short 5 minutes from downtown Kona. Close enough to enjoy some touristy things but far enough away to not let the hustle and bustle deprive us of the relaxation we were looking for. The kitchen is well appointed. The bedrooms are well sized with comfortable king sized beds. Both bedrooms also have usable closet space. Washer, drier, and A/C brought it all together as the perfect place for us to kickback and relax. Host is very helpful and super responsive. Can’t wait to return!

This is my favorite rental I’ve ever stayed in! The view and location are fantastic. The beds are super comfortable. The AC worked really well. It is super well stocked with towels and beach gear. Loved everything about it.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The inside of the beach house was a little dated but nicely appointed. The outside could use some minor maintenance but the ocean views from the back deck were amazing. The location was convenient to Kona and other Big Island attractions / activities. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Hawaii.

Check in was seamless and host was very attentive to my questions. I was allowed a late checkout which greatly benefited us because our plane didn’t depart until 7:40. The home has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful beach vacation. The view is incredible and the sounds of the ocean lull you into peacefulness. Highly recommend.
