Beautiful private home close to MAGIC SANDS beach! FABULOUS ALI'I DRIVE LOCATION! GREAT OCEAN VIEWS! WALKING DISTANCE TO MAGIC SAND BEACH! If you are looking for a home away from home for some family fun and beach time, this is your place! Panoramic ocean views, quiet and peaceful, only a few minutes from the center of town and the airport. The main house includes a fully equipped kitchen, living space, dining room, seated bar area, large master suite, second bedroom and a third bedroom, AC. The space All three bedrooms have window unit air conditioning installed. The master had its own bathroom the two other rooms share a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen has granite countertops, washer and dryer on premises. Parking. Private backyard with barbecue and places to lounge during the day. Two of the best beaches in Kailua Kona are walking distance! Enjoy your home away from home!! This house is located on very healing and sacred Hawaiian land. You will feel the Aloha spirit as soon as you enter. Other things to note Please note check in is at 3 pm and check out is 10 am. We appreciate your understanding! The house is rented per day and we need to make sure we have enough time to clean and prepare for our next guests. Please note, NO BIG PARTIES allowed on the property. This is a quiet neighborhood, quiet hours are 10 pm. Thank you for complying with our house rules as we strive to make sure all of our guests have a pleasant stay! Mahalo

Property slept 6 adults comfortably. Lanai and backyard provided outdoor eating and relaxing space (under cover with fans or lower the sun screens). Kitchen and living room were great for all meals. We walked to Magic Sands Beach/Bar and Grill and could walk south to Kakalu’u Beach Park for snorkeling.
Enjoyed our stay at Magic Sand Beach home! Location is so close to beach, food and shops 10 minute walk. We loved the back yard and views! Our stay would have been even more enjoyable if a few appliances worked- BBQ, toaster oven & cooktop so we could cook more at the house. We wanted to keep things tidy, but vacuum didn't work either. However, washer/dryer, a/c, beach chairs/towels and everything else was great! We'd definitely stay here again when we visit Kona in the future if the few items can be addressed. Host was great too!
Our family of six (all adults) had a three night stay at this property. It was clean, close to two beaches and really, quite a delight. We spent most of our time at Magic Sands Beach, which is just a half- mile walk. There is also limited parking. We were absolutely delighted to find that there were beach umbrellas, chairs, noodles, snorkeling equipment and more for us to use at the beach. We had some difficulty with the washing machine, and Tania was so responsive. Texts were answered quickly. The backyard patio was a welcome gathering spot in the mornings and evening, when the day was cooler. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
The house looks very different than it is on pictures provided. It is very dark, because it's built under that house you see on pictures. The windows are blocked with AC's, you can not open them. There is NO access to the ocean shores, the other side of the street has houses, built one after another, no empty lot that is shown on picture. Magic Sands Beach is 12 mins walk on Ali'i Drive - the busiest road in Kona with no sidewalks. The bit glass top table is missing. The white new furniture that you see on pictures is not there. They have dark, old and sagging. The bedrooms are very small, there is no space to put your suitecase on the floor, everything is taken by bed and an AC unit standing on the floor. When we entered the house there was a smell of sewage. I think it suppose to go away when you run an A/C for a while. The yard is probably nice, but it is looking to Ali'i drive - it is noisy, there is traffic until late night. Because if all of that we didn't stay in the house and had to leave. The owner is not cooperative issuing a refund.
If you are a family looking for the perfect lace to stay in Kona, this is it! Cozy, comfy, three full bedrooms with all the amenities AND a beautiful lanai and lawn where you can sit and watch the sun rise and set over the ocean! Tania, the host, has provided all gear you will need for a fabulous Hawaii beach vacation! Don’t forget to go snorkeling at Kahalu’u Beach Park right around the corner! Totally perfect!
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was very conveniently located near Kailua-Kona and there were a couple of small beaches within walking distance. Overall we had a great experience.
This was the perfect location for our family vacation. Located between two beautiful beaches, we enjoyed ourselves. The snorkeling equipment in the house was a nice bonus. The kitchen is fully stocked up and there are beach towels. Overall I will give 5 stars. Will be back!
