Alii Cove unit J-4 is located at the top of the complex in historic Kailua Village and offers the best Kona Coast ocean views you can get from Alii Cove. This 1815 square foot end unit has been fully upgraded and is well equipped with everything you need to get comfortable and stay awhile, including updated wifi! Alii Cove J-4 is set up with updated, fast wifi at 200 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds! Need to get some work done while in Hawaii? The wifi will easily handle all of your zoom meetings as well as all of your other online needs.

Directly across Aliii Drive from Hon'ls Beach, it is easy access to watching a beautiful Kona sunset from the edge of the Pacific ocean!

Completely outfitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, place settings for 8 and more. Dining room for 6, great room, and living room with smart TV. Washer/Dryer. Large outside lanai with BBQ and patio furniture set up comfortably for entertaining.

Beach gear: this unit comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a small cooler for guests use. It may or may not have some snorkel gear that was left by previous guests. We do not provide snorkel gear. Ill-fitting snorkel gear takes all the fun out of snorkeling, so it is best to rent your equipment while you are here.

The private gated community includes a resort style salt water pool & spa, and fully equipped gym and BBQ area for gatherings. Easy access to Honl's surfing and snorkel beach just 200 yards away. Conveniently located on the south side of downtown with quick and easy access to beaches, dining, entertainment and shopping. This complex provides a great location to get comfortable and stay a while. Alii Cove House Rules allows rentals of a minimum of 30 days. No pets allowed. Forms are provided for required guest registration and support animals traveling with each guest. Alii Cove feels like a home away from home.

Simply Marvelous

This property is phenomenal. Roomy, allowing you to stretch out, view the ocean on the lanai all day whether upstairs or downstairs. Very neatly appointed, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Close to all amenities. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

A great June in Kona.

We were very pleased with the remolded property J4. We loved the hardwood and tile flooring. It was easy to keep clean ( not a fan of carpet). Didn't require constant vacuuming. Best sunsets from upstair lanai ever, many photos. Thank you for letting us use your home.

Month in paradise

We had a wonderful time in this spacious condo and appreciated all of the amenities. We loved the wonderful master suite including a private deck, and all of the other spaces that make this feel so roomy and relaxing. The lanai is a great place to sit and relax, and the complex is very quiet and private. We love the pool area, as well as the convenience to shopping and restaurants; a beautiful spot to enjoy all that the island has to offer as a tropical getaway. Tracy was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or small issues…a great vacation spot!

We love Ali'i Cove. This was our second stay in the gated community. Great local ..local beach across the street. Nice pool. Great Condos, good condition, great view, property management very responsive.

The accommodations were excellent. A couple of issues we had were fixed almost immediately. As mentioned in a telephone conversation, the only recommendation would be to replace the beds on the main floor. While somewhat comfortable, the noise was like sleeping on paper.
