Located on the North Shore of Oahu at Turtle Bay, this townhome sits on the Championship Fazio Golf Course with a lake view and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. There are multiple walking trails and paths that lead to quiet secluded beaches or world-famous beaches such as Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, and Pipeline. A large pool is located right outside the front door, and two additional pools throughout the complex. There are two 18-hole golf courses (Fazio & Arnold Palmer Course), 2 tennis courts, a barbeque cabana, a private screened lanai, and a swaying hammock with your name on it!

This stylish 2 story Hawaiian town home is modern, immaculate, and comfortable with brand new furniture, beds, linens, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is a spacious 2 bedroom, with loft area and 2 full bathrooms. This unit has 2 King beds, 3 single beds, and 2 fold out mattresses. This townhome is a non-smoking unit. It has 3 air conditioners, ceiling fans, washer & dryer, ironing board & iron, coffee bean grinder, blender, 42' flat screen LCD TV, cable TV, FREE high speed internet, FREE WiFi, and a computer desk. Boogie boards, beach chairs, 1 ice cooler and a few large beach towels available for use. There are also 2 sets of used golf clubs. Parking available and additional designated guest parking area.

Great property with access to the beach, resort pools and restaurants and all of North Shore. House was stocked with all we needed (including golf clubs and boogie boards) and was clean with comfortable beds.

Great North Shore condo located on the golf course, near a large pond that attracted so many types of birds. My daughter especially enjoyed hand-feeding the red-crested cardinals! Comfortable for our 6 member, 3 generation family. Well-stocked kitchen, great bathrooms, right across from the lovely, large quiet pool, about an hour's drive to Pearl Harbor (especially due to the beach traffic), close to Kuilima Cove Beach and other North Shore Beaches, as well as Waimea Valley where you can swim under its waterfall. Highly recommend this condo! Management provided all the acess codes (however several were changed last minute and only sent in response to my text saying we would arrive a 15 minutes before the 4 pm check in time (seemed like an last minute after-thought).

Great stay in Turtle Bay Condo

My husband and I were very pleased in choosing this condo for our stay in the Turtle Bay area. The location was great! We were able to walk to the Turtle Bay resort, to the beach and enjoy the walking paths to Kawela Bay and Kahuku Point. We appreciated the artful decor of the condo and had all amenities needed. We spent most evenings in the backyard of the unit enjoying the beautiful sunset over the pond. We would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay in the Turtle Bay area.

Peaceful in Paradise

This condo/home is lovely, clean, upgraded, and well kept on a beautiful property in the North Shore. It's centrally located and convenient to everything: great snorkeling spots, the Polynesian Cultural Center, zip-line, hiking, horseback riding, and great places to eat while watching the sunset. We loved how peaceful the area was, and yet only a one hour drive to Honolulu and Waikiki. The condo is well stocked if you want to cook and very comfortable and spacious. It was especially nice to have a hammock in the back and a small pool a few steps from the front door. I would highly recommend this condo to any traveler.

Turtle Bay Adventures

The unit was clean for the most part. Cleaners need to do a better job of getting behind night stands, and tables. AC unit in downstairs bedroom didn’t cool the room enough so we relied on the living room unit and left our bedroom door open. Location on Turtle Bay resort was great for exploring and we actually saw 2 young Hawaiian Monk Seals out at hole 17 of the Arnold Palmer course!! Respect the wildlife in Hawaii as they are beautiful and need our protection. This is an older unit, but was comfortable for the 5 adults that stayed here. I’d recommend this location to friends and family.

Birthday celebration

The property was exactly as advertised. Perfect to open doors and windows and just feel the ocean breeze. Did not need air conditioning at all. Within walking distance of the resort restaurants. Property was clean and owners were quick to respond to questions. Pool is right outside the door. Nice to have a table sitting outside to have morning coffee. Highly recommend this unit. Plenty of beds and space to spread out.

Great property in a great location

This was a very nice place with an attention to details. The kitchen was well appointed. The place had a couple surf boards, boogie boards, and even a cooler to take your drinks to the beach. Clean and very comfortable.

North shore

This area was an excellent location for our north shore stay. Close to turtle bay resort, Polynesian cultural center, and many excellent food trucks. Accommodations were comfortable and had most of the things we needed (minus any sort of sharp knives, or gas bbq). Communication with property owner always took many days through the app to receive response. However, texting during our stay was much quicker. Regardless, everything went relatively smoothly and I would stay in this area again.
