This studio features a California king bed, a twin sleeper sofa, and a compact kitchen with full-size appliances—perfect for preparing anything from quick snacks to island-inspired meals. Enjoy entertainment on a high definition TV and stay connected with complimentary high-speed WiFi.

Step onto the spacious lanai to take in the ocean views. Relax by the pool or go for a swim at nearby Kahana Beach. The Royal Kahana resort offers a newly updated oceanfront pool, BBQ grills, fitness facility, shuffle board, and tropical grounds. For your convenience, the unit is equipped with central A/C, in-suite washer/dryer, quality towels and linens, beach chairs, cooler, and a starter supply of essentials.

Guests have easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, supermarkets, championship golf courses, and entertainment.

Not included is a Parking Fee of $18 per night plus tax, payable at the Resort.

The Royal Kahana is located in Maui’s designated hotel zone, where short-term rentals are fully permitted and not impacted by Bill 9 restrictions that you may have seen in the news. Guests can book with confidence knowing these regulations do not affect stays at this property.
