The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. "施設の古さは否めないけれども、それを感じさせないくらい、掃除が行き届いていました。そして、スタッフの方がにこやかに声をかけてくださり、気持ちの良い宿です。バイキングもスタッフの方々が細かな心配り、気配りで汚れたら綺麗にしたり、トングやスプーンなど交換したりしていて、安心して気持ちよく、食べることができました。 料理長も挨拶に来てくださり、感激しました。 湯上がりに飲み物、アルコールが飲み放題。天気が悪かったが、その分、早く宿に行き、 ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。 また、ぜひ訪れたい宿です。"

"チェックイン時の対応が長過ぎる点で、、、 場所的に長旅で疲れた状況なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天風呂以外の説明は必要無かったです。17時にチェックインなのに閉店してるヨーグルト屋さんの紹介をされてもね〜！って感じです。 それと、フロントは清潔感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。 それと、チェックイン時の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの設定が冷房の22℃！入った瞬間、寒い！ってなりました。そのまま長い説明になり！だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。 温泉などは良かったから、長旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。"
