MAUI OCEAN Beach FRONT AMAZING VIEWS Summer Special 275 nightly

Our beautiful condo is located on the world famous Kaanapali Beach and shores. You can't get any closer to the ocean then the MAUI KAI Resort, the Bldg. Is just feet away with the best snorkeling right outside the front door. As you relax on the lanai, it's easy to spend hours watching the surfers, windsurfers, parasailing, kayakers, boats, and the beautiful
whales during season in Maui. As you enter the condo you will be amazed by the open tropical feeling and panoramic ocean view. This unit is located on the second floor, so if you prefer, you don't have to wait for an elevator. There's ample free parking on the property. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and cooking Island , a hotel style safe, high-speed Internet with free Wi-Fi, free , 46' Samsung Flat Screen Cable TV with a HD DVR plus a Sony multi-region DVD Player.

The bedroom has a brand new king size bed on bamboo hardwood floors, and the tiled living room has a queen size sofa sleeper, a very comfortable leather recliner WITH CAPACITY TO 2 PEOPLE. On the same floor, a laundry room with washer and dryer are available. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards are available to use in the condo. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. There's a new boardwalk leading to Kaanapali's famous Black Rock, which makes it a little more comfortable for a great morning walk along the beachfront without having to trek through the sand if prefered. Although the Long Beach walk to black rock is havenly. For us the condo is our home-away-from-home, and we invite you to feel at home during your stay. Our Condo is managed by my on island agent living near by, so if there any problem he may assist you

A beautiful condo in a beautiful location!

We arrived to a spotless place to stay with perfect instructions on checking in and out. The property is perfectly appointed and we wanted for nothing. Morning coffee and an evening glass of wine were perfect on the private lanai, listening to the waves just below us. We were lucky enough to see several turtles swimming by as we watched! We plan to come back and stay here again next year, and hopefully, every year! we have found our place in Maui!

Amazing ocean front views

Wonderful time at this beautiful condo located right on the ocean. Saw humpback whales, sea turtles, surfers and rainbows from the patio. Lovely decor and very clean unit. We had a minor issue with the front door lock and contacted the owner who immediately had the problem resolved. I was very impressed! We would definitely like to stay here again.

Great Location!

Everything was just as the pictures. Excellent location with a short beach walk to the boardwalk heading north. Saw lots of whales and a sea turtle from our lanai. It was just lovely!

It's all about the view

Whales and rainbows. You won't find a better view even if you stay at one of the high end Kaanapali hotels . Absolutely amazing. You can walk to the grocery store and the Kaanapali sidewalk is close by . Also recommend going to the nearby Fish Market , great tacos and really fresh fish

Talk about the whales !!

We had a great stay at Gaspare and Robins condo. Just a few steps to a great beach to the right , which we didn’t notice until the end of the stay. A long beach and beach walk to the left. Whales every day from the lanai. We walked to get groceries and to eat. The condo had everything we needed. Comfortable stay and great kitchen to cook in. We would stay here again. Thanks Gaspare and Robin.

Perfect oceanfront property!

This was perfect for our mother/daughter trip. It is as close to the ocean as you are going to get. The lanai with the large windows is perfect for viewing the oceans and relaxing. They have chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. Their binoculars are fun to use. Perfectly located amongst several resorts and restaurants.

Fabulous View

Perfect location for bucket list trip for myself and my mom. We spent hours on this lanai gazing at the ocean. There were rainbows every day! Pool and hot tub were great. There is a grocery store and restaurants in a strip mall across the street. Recommend to anyone.

A True Gem

Our stay was wonderful! First time utilizing a VRBO and we were so impressed with how the Condo had everything needed for a vacation (snorkeling gear, binoculars, beach chairs and towels, etc.). Definitely set the bar! The complex was well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for the opportunity and we hope to be back soon!

Maui Kai is a great place to stay at. Right on the ocean and all the views of Lanai, Molokai, whales and sunsets. This unit is a real gem of a place. Clean great furnishings comfortable owner easy to communicate with. I highly recommend it (except when we want to be there 😆).

Awesome Vacation Five Stars!

From start to finish this vacation was terrific. Gaspare was easy to work with, he answered all questions in a timely manner. He facilitated a scheduling change with no issues, and allowed us a late checkout time to accommodate our late departure flight. The condo is right on the beach, and you can do some whale watching with your morning coffee from the comfort of your lanai. Great restaurants and beaches can be found within walking distance, and the food truck lot is right up the street. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy your Maui experience!
