This resort was perfect and everything we were hoping for. The room and view were exactly as pictured and so nice! The resort itself was beautifully maintained and the pools were awesome. We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay just a few things that can be improved

Great location of the unit, very clean! A couple of things needed attention, the ice maker didn’t work and the door to patio from living room was very hard to open and shut. Another thing, the mattress in the master was rock hard and all the pillows need to be updated. I emailed all this to KBM but didn’t hear back, maybe it didn’t go thru?! My son left two of his chargers there after and KBM was very nice and went back twice to get them for us. We rented with KBM before and it’s a very nice company! Check in and out was easy and the times of 4pm for check in and 11am for checkout are much better than Maui resort rental (5pm/10am). All in all we loved our stay, hope they fix the few things and then it’s perfect 😊

First time staying at this property. Good location and facilities. Didn't mind all the kids. Crowded at the pool. Only complaint was the water filter in the fridge didn't seem to work well (chlorine smell) and some people moving furniture at 6:00 am

Everything about this space and property are awesome! Great view, very clean, huge rooms. Exceeded every expectation. Having Dukes on property is amazing. They have live music and great cocktails. The pools are clean and you can sit in the jacuzzi and watch the beautiful sunsets. Overall, great experience. I wish I knew how to book this exact unit again!

The staff at KBM Resorts were exceptional

Truly, the staff (specifically Maria and Krisy) were exceptional with the time and patience they took with us. Maria helped decide what condo would help suit my family's needs best, Kristy looked out for us with any questions I had. I especially appreciate KBM allowing us to check out several hours later then planned due to a fairly delayed flight. It obviously helped that there was no booking later in the day we were leaving, but many places would still not be as flexible as KBM was. What could have been a stressful time during the last few hours of our stay, was actually relaxing due to the Aloha spirit Krisy/KBM gave.
