Excellent Home and location!

The location was perfect for our family. It was very roomy and more than comfortably accomodated our family of 6. The home was beautiful, clean, and located right in the heart of Laheina. We would absolutely love to stay there again sometime.

Great Cottage

The cottage worked very well for us. Road noise was a bit loud but wasn’t an issue at night. Good location across from Ka’anapali beach.

Great vacation rental

Great place for girls to stay during a destination wedding. Close to everything. House is stocked with everything you’ll need from cooking to beach accessories.

Beautiful Property

This property was just perfect for our family of 4. It’s beautifully furnished, kitchen is well stocked, it was very clean, and the location was great. Being right across the street from Kahekili Beach was so convenient - such great sunsets and snorkeling! We didn’t mind being close to the road at all and the weather was perfect so we didn’t miss having air conditioning. We enjoyed the pool because it was quiet and refreshing. Definitely recommend this great property!

Well styled unit in a great a condo community!

We had a really nice stay at this unit. I loved the style and decor and all of the little touches designed to make one's vacation easier. For example, there were so many hooks for hanging wet towels and bathing suits! And we really enjoyed having a little space from the bustling resort life, but also being close enough to walk to the beach. Mahalo!

Great place. Beautifully remodeled Beautiful grounds.

Most equipped kitchen of any place we’ve ever stayed. Great bathrooms. Comfortable bed. If I have one issue it’s the traffic noise. Figured out to run a fan on high in the bedroom as white noise to drown out the traffic.

perfect for a family

two bedrooms and two baths are key when traveling when family. the condo was well appointed and spacious for 3. it’s truly right across the highway from the beach. nothing to fret about. centrally located between lahaina proper and kapalua. we’d return for sure.

Lovely home

This home was beautifully decorated and in a great location. The home had everything I needed to cook meals for my family. I loved the little community. The landscaping was so pretty. I would have loved an air conditioning system since it was so hot, but that didn't take away from the quality of the home.

Icc Cottage

The cottage and the grounds were phenomenal and gorgeous. Parking was easy. The place was awesome except for the slight shower problem in the unit. Was in touch with management and they sent someone then a plumber. Before our leave it was not fixed but still ok. Other then that we enjoyed our stay, felt very comfortable and loved chatting with those that owned in the community. Easy access to many things G’s we did. Not far from shops etc. thanks again for the awesome and eAse of accessing the facility etc. the four of us loved our stay and enjoyed it so much.

Do better, Maui Paradise Properties

Simply put, wouldn’t recommend Maui Paradise Properties. After a long day of travel, we arrived to an uncleaned rental (e.g. unwashed bedding, dead bug marks on walls, moldy smell in fridge, cockroaches) as well as the guest bath shower wasn’t draining properly and a known issue per Alexander — an unsafe condition for my 75+ year old parents. If Maui Paradise Properties knew this was a known issue, then why rent out? Was a stressful experience that could’ve been avoided.

Gem

The accommodations were perfect. . The check in was inconsistent as the instructions and parking rules, as well as pool entrance were not followed. No check in until the next day - the parking was not a problem, but it was instructed that we needed to register our car - which we were unable to do for 24 hours. The pool did mot require a key - as noted - but a helper on sight told us that it wasn’t necessary. The TV was just the tv. The controller was clearly not the one in the instruction book -so we never accessed things that we would have liked to watch - the World Series for example. These are things which should be taken out of the book.

Misleading description of the property and poor communication with property manager

The bungalow itself was very nice, spacious, filled with light and very nicely furnished. However, it was misleading to describe it as 'beach bungalow', as it was about a mile away from the beach which was not visible from the property. Also misleading was the statement " there is potential for noise from the road near the complex. The property was right by the highway, and the sound of the traffic was constant. The other problem was the absence of any property management/front desk over a long weekend. No one answered the phone. We ended up having no access to the swimming pool, since its gate was locked and there was no one to provide the key.

Great place but online description of AC not accurate

Everything about our stay was wondedful EXCEPT 2 Problem's. 1. Online description link says AC and binder in house says AC and says there's a thermostat. Since windows were closed up prior to our arrival it was very hit. We looked all over for a thermostat and then outside for an AC unit only to figure out there isnt any. The main link shouldn't say AC. We did get used to it but we heard all the traffic kept us up ALL night since we had to keep all windows open. 2. It says there's an iron for clothes. There was only a new ironing board, no iron. Wd had to scramble and buy one last minute before our wedding ceremony. We left the iron for the next person.
