- Hyatt Residence Club and Ka'anapali Beach are the perfect blend of relaxed living that borders on perfection. Nestled between seashells and rainbows. This is a great 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit on a level 1-4. This property is connected to the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa. The property has a beachfront Tiki Bar, StayFit fitness center, Day lounge, Lahaina Provision company, children's Sandy Zero-entry pool, Adult's infinity pool and on Ka'anapali Beach. This property is only available Christmas & New Years weeks. I only allow Saturday checkins, if you can not check in Saturday that is fine but Rate is Saturday to Saturday no exceptions.
