This property is AMAZING! Check in process couldn’t be easier and Honua Kai is a beautiful resort. Condo was furnished beautifully and the lanai is second to none. Will absolutely be staying here again!

We feel so blessed to have gotten to stay in this beautiful condo for 10 days! We didn't want to leave! Everything about it was perfect! Even better than the pictures! The communication with the owners and property manager were above and beyond! We hope we can visit again!

Amazing condo with an impressive balcony and view!

We had a really nice seamless stay at this condo! Everything we needed was there for us and we felt comfortable and able to relax right away. The view from the unit was stunning! The humongous balcony overlooks a large open grass field with the beautiful Maui mountains as its backdrop. And we saw a handful of rainbows! We'd definitely stay there again!

Family Celebration!

We rented this condo for a celebration of my Mom’s 80th Birthday and my Dad’s retirement. It was so comfortable and felt like home. My Dad kept saying he wanted to keep contact info because it was so perfect and he wanted to come back. There was plenty of space. The waterfall outside of the balcony was so peaceful and we loved opening the doors to make the outside and inside feel as one. The Honua Kai is a wonderful resort with beautiful pools and beaches. I snorkeled two days at the reef right on our beach. I also saw a pod of dolphin passing by jumping and playing as I just sat on the beach. The condo was equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and snorkel gear! Next to the resort was a parking lot with all sorts of cool food trucks for take out and we were close enough to Lahaina but not too much into the crowds. Also, the resort offered complimentary valet parking, which was perfect for my Mom who has mobility issues. All you had to do was tip. I would definitely stay here again!!!

We can't say enough about our stay in this condo. Not only was the indoor space large, comfortable and clean, the outdoor space was like having a second condo outside! So much room to spread out and enjoy the rainbows that we saw nearly every day!!Check in process and communication was a breeze. Our family of four experienced gratitude every single time we walked through that door as we returned from our adventures. It was not just a place to sleep, it felt like a true home.We found it easy to navigate to the pools, the store in the lobby, the spa, Duke's restaurant and the magnificent ocean. We were able to arrange grocery delivery through instacart and the resort even helped us get them to our room! We were met with nothing but kindness all the way around. Bring cash for tipping;)An incredible, unforgettable vacation for us!!Mahalo!!

My family of 4 and I had a great time at the Honua Kai resort. Our particular unit was very spacious and had a huge wrap-around deck with a nice view of the mountain and grassy areas. The kitchen is small but is well-stocked as we cooked quite a bit. Honua Kai facilities are very nice with multiple pools and hot tubs and convenient access to the beach and food truck park as well. The Duke’s restaurant is nice but a bit pricey and mediocre food. You pay for the view and convenience but staff is great. I would recommend Honua Kai for families wanting to get a great Maui experience. We also recommend the Luau at the Sheraton (5 min drive). That was awesome. Oh and our host, was extremely responsive and helpfu.

Family vacation perfection

This property offered the perfect space for our family, with young adults! Plenty of space for them, the wrap around lanai - so perfect. I unfortunately had to work for a few mornings while here - but was able to do so without disrupting the rest of our group. Heaven on earth - hate to leave so soon! Great location, very comfortable- beautiful decor.

Great location, great host, excellent stay!

Communication with the host was superb, the room is a two minute walk from the beach and pools, it was very quiet, there was a large koi pond/waterfall just outside the back patio/lanai, and there was a large grass field for the kids to play in right outside the door downstairs that we could see from the patio. This is a great place to stay, I’m very glad we chose this one.

Great location

The place is beautiful and it was plenty big for the family of five. The only drawback - we were told that there would be supplies and if we ran out, we should buy the rest. That seemed fair but for a family of five, the amount of shampoo that was left was enough for one person. Outside of that, it was great and we would rent it again! The balcony was enormous and worked well for our family!

We have a fabulous time at this roomy condo located close to everything. The condo is tastefully decorated, open to surrounding with big folding lanai doors. The beach is just steps away ☀️🌺🌴🏖️

Condo is better than advertised. All the amenities you could ask for. The wrap around lanai was the highlight. Property manager and owners were available when we had questions. Run, don’t walk, to this fabulous rental.

Mother’s Day get away

Our stay at Hanua Kai was amazing! From the start of booking until checkout, the owners and property manager were accessible and responsive. The personal touches and local recommendations were all spot-on! This condo was perfect for our family of 5. We look forward to visiting again.
