The hotel staff are friendly, but not particularly attentive--the front desk staff didn't check what was included in our reservation, so we had to ask for spa robes and to have the extra charge for breakfast removed from the bill. In other words, it's up to you to get what you paid for, and check the bill at checkout. We both speak/read French so that undoubtedly improved our ability to deal with the situation...I would like to think they weren't trying to take advantage of the English Canadian tourists.
The rooms are immaculate. The beds are on the firm side, which was fine, but the sheets were incredibly rough, which I found surprising. I've never slept in a hotel with such scratchy sheets--especially not at a 4 star!
The spa is quite nice. It's not the hotel's fault that we had to deal with two screaming 20 year olds playfighting in the hammam, though it would've been nice if someone had come in and reminded them of spa etiquette. Make sure you book spa treatments in advance if you really want them, but they are good about finding time slots that work for you.
The restaurant is excellent, from the food to the service, and since there's very little else in the area I recommend eating there.
