"There were issues with the toilet seat that was loose and eventually broke. The kitchen sink had a leak. The apartment had no extra toilet paper, paper towels, no trash bags. We had to buy all that stuff for the place since we planned to be there 10 days. There were no cleaning supplies either. We couldn't connect to any streaming services until the property contact showed us how to cast to the TV. There should have been instructions printed for that. Also a safe should have been included in the apartment. Overall, communication was fine. Check in at the security gate was meh. Sometimes the security guards didn't care to check who came in or out. I would stay there again."
