"Good beach location. Balcony good view. Beach great. Staff nice. Our room needed updated. Mattress only 6 in, on metal, hard. Smell in entry bedroom at times. Our bedroom accordion door was missing and there was a place for it on wall. Other room had one. Jacuzzi tub did not work, no button. Bathroom door had to be picked up at an angle so it would shut. Room 512. I hated to say anything."

"The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and that’s why I’m giving more than one star. Also, it was relatively clean, but my room did have a distinct smell of urine. Also, I checked what time the incredibly loud music is supposed to stop, and it’s 9 PM when the bar closes. However, last night the music went till after 11 PM and I had to call two times and say Your music is supposed to stop at 9 PM… It’s a Monday night, Can you help me out here so I can get some sleep?! …. I had onion rings at the restaurant as well, downstairs by the pool, and the grease was so old that I couldn’t stomach on onion rings."

"We liked the outdoor pool and the indoor pool. There was karaoke in the evening but we would rather have music at the outdoor pool in afternoon. We ate at the outdoor cafe burgers and fries which was good but a little pricey. U r not allowed to play catch in the pool and a security guard informed us although this was not monitored equally and other people did it without being told not to. Also people saved pool seats for hours without being there but it was not a crowded week. We had icecream on the 4th floor and it was good. We had breakfast once in dining area. We were on the 10th floor. Our room was mostly clean except the tables could have been wiped off. I only had a hot shower once, the other times were cold. Also the shower nozzle was broken and only the metal piece was left. This is a deal breaker for me as we had kids who needed to shower and it was cold. I won’t stay here again because of that. When u r in the pool and beach a lot, a shower is a must."

"Check in was ok. Room (location) smelled right outside our door. Figured out we were right by the trash dump area. Actual room was not bad. There is no house cleaning which was rough bc we stayed a whole week. You have to go down to front desk to grab towels, etc. The water park is on the opposite side of the hotel from the beach. Location is solid along with the pool/waterpark/beach options for kids. Really decent for the price and for families with young kids. Hotel is pretty run down and rooms need some work."
