GoldOne Hotel & Suites
10/10 Excellent
"The concierge was really helpful with Korean wordage for a clinic I went to. My daughter lives in Korea but struggles with medical/legal verbiage. They also helped lining up a driver for two days. Very helpful and caring"

"The cleaning service was absolutely incredible. We traveled with a 2-month-old and a 9-year-old, every time we returned our room was in immaculate condition. The staff is incredibly professional and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was out of this world. Nightly entertainment by the heated pool was fantastic even in chilly May weather. We would absolutely stay again!"

"The property is beautiful and the staff very polite. My daughter and I had the perfect room for us with 2 twin beds. We also had a balcony that overlooked the pool, and had a good partial view of the ocean. When we first arrived, our air conditioner wasn't working. When we called the Front Desk, they had a rep and a maintenance guy in our room within 5-10 minutes. They determined that the A/C panel wasn't working but had it fixed within the hour. There is a coffee shop / bakery attached to the hotel (Irony & Ivory Bakery & Brunch) that had fabulous waffles. We also ate at the poolside restaurant while swimming. We had the fried chicken and it was great. Tucked out of the way but still on property was a convenience store for anything you might have forgotten. They also had items that you could eat for on-the-go meals at reasonable prices. The hotel was right on the water, but the beach was a little "hike" further. They had a paved trail (easy to walk) that took you to the beach. My guess is that it was about 500 meters (1/4 mile) from the hotel. The hotel does not provide towels for the beach, so make sure to bring a towel / blanket. They provide towels for the pool but they need to stay in the pool area. We visited the spa onsite (Vonestis). We each had a massage and they provided tea & fruit afterwards. It was very nice. There are chairs in the Lobby area that has a nice view of the property / pool / ocean if you want to take a book to read and hang out. Overall great"

Hidden Cliff Hotel & Nature

"My only critique is that the TV isn’t a smart TV. I wasn’t able to cast content from my phone or use my streaming apps, and the TV only had three channels available, with just one in English. Aside from that, the hotel was great and I really enjoyed my stay. If you plan to spend some time relaxing in your room and watching shows, I’d recommend bringing a laptop with an HDMI cable or a Chromecast so you have more entertainment options."
