"The room was dirty. The staff was super super super nice accommodating. There was no hot tub. It was a bathtub. The water didn’t work. It was cold. It was a terrible experience because it was like nine or 10° in Korea at that time. I was excited because in the ad it says Jacuzzi look at the ad and there was no Jacuzzi. It was a bathtub in the room. Disgusting floors was like dusty dustier than dusty anyways it was not a good experience, except for the staff was super nice super super Duper nice but yeah, wrong advertisement.
