Step into this cozy duplex, and to your left, you'll discover the first room with a comfortable queen bed. Continuing down the hall, you'll arrive at a welcoming living room, which features two pullout couches, a TV, and a wood-burning fireplace for added warmth and ambiance. Adjacent to the living room, there's a dining room table that comfortably seats six.

Another room with a queen bed is accessible from the living room. Just a few steps up, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms for your convenience.

Outside, there's a porch with a gas BBQ and an outdoor table with chairs, perfect for enjoying meals and the fresh air. Please note that the outdoor space may not be available during the winter months.

I absolutely love staying at this property. It’s pet friendly and has plenty of same. The location and proximity to Gull Lake, June Lake and everything is town is perfect! Can’t wait to stay here again.
