The apartment is cozy and comfortably furnished and has a living-dining room with a French balcony, flat screen cable TV / div. German programs, DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, 4-plate ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and Lavazza espresso machine. Nice bathroom with sink, shower cubicle and toilet. A comfortably furnished bedroom is with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment offers space for up to 4 people. The underfloor heating in conjunction with the double-glazed windows guarantee comfortable use, even in autumn and winter.

war unser 3. Mal JulianadorpWohnung für Kurztrip zu empfehlenbei längerem Aufenthalt aber wieder ein Haus mit Garten, hat einfach mehr PlatzProbleme mit Heizung und Warmwasser mitschnellem Hilfsversuch durch Vermieter und Verwaltung.Liess sich leider nicht sofort lösen aber gutes Entgegenkommen vom VermieterSicherer Parkplatz

Erholsame Tage an der Nordsee

Die gut ausgestattete Wohnung liegt sehr günstig nahe dem Übergang durch die Dünen zum Strand. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouen und Strandwanderungen. Der Service war gut. Die kleinen Startschwierigkeiten beim Umgang mit dem TV wurden umgehend behoben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Schöne Lage, viele kleine Mängel

Fangen wir mit dem positiven an und das ist die Lage. Direkte Nähe zum Aufgang zu den Dünen die zum Strand führen. Und angrenzend an einen schönen Bungalowpark mit vielen Möglichkeitem für Kinder. Das war es eigentlich schon. Leider waren wir vom Rest des Apartments ziemlich enttäuscht. Der versprochene Balkon ist nicht als solcher zu bezeichnen. Dazu kommt dreckiges Besteck, kaputte und sehr dunkle Lampen, quietschende Türen, eine sehr unbequeme Schlafcouch mit zu kleinem spannbettlacken und eine sehr schlecht schließende Haustür. Für das Geld waren wir dann doch ziemlich enttäuscht und würden es nicht erneut buchen.

Grundsätzlich fanden wir den Aufenthalt schön.

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage der Anlage war sehr gut. Der Strand und die Dünen waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war beschrieben, dass uns eine Dame empfängt und uns die Wohnung zeigt. Das war nicht so. Nach unserem Anruf bekamen wir nur eine Nachricht wo der Schlüssel zu finden sei. Das fanden wir nicht so prickelnd. Bei Buchung fand ich keine Stelle wo die Bettwäsche eingetragen werden konnte. Deshalb schrieben wir dem Wohnungseigentümer diese Nachricht mit unserem Wunsch. Trotzdem mussten wir 15,00 Euro zusätzlich bezahlen, weil das angeblich nachträglich war.

Schöne Unterkunft nah am Strand

Schönes Apartment direkt hinter der Düne. Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster. Schöne Aussicht auf die Dünen. Viele Parkplätze vor der Tür. Trotzdem ruhig und entspannt vor Ort. Aufzug vorhanden. Wir haben es genossen.

An sich eine Schöne Wohnung. Sie War Sauber und soweit mit allem ausgerichtet was man braucht. Leider gab es keinen Backofen, dort hätten wir gerne Brötchen morgens auf gebacken. Was ich leider bemängeln muss ist das auf dem Foto eine Kapselmaschine abgebildet ist, diese Marke leider nicht in der wohnung erhalten ist. Das heißt die Kapseln die wir mit gebracht haben, haben leider nicht gepasst.! Und leider waren das Bett und die Schlafcouch sehr Unbequem. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst und wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage dort. Der Strand ist wirklich nur 5-7 min. Fußweg entfernt und Familien mit kindern haben Dort auch zwei Wirklich Riesige Spielplätze dort
