The house is well-maintained, fully furnished, and equipped with all amenities. It's approximately 1.2 km from the beach and the village center.

Ground floor: a comfortably furnished living room with a fireplace, an integrated kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and dishwasher. The living room also features a smart TV.

First floor: two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds plus a crib. A sunny garden with two terraces, garden furniture, an outdoor stove, and a storage room offers plenty of privacy and a lovely view. Pets are welcome.
