Had an odd interaction with a guest supervisor when she checked in our room. I had requested a blanket but she was quite brazen and told me I had to get the blanket myself at the front desk… staff shortage. Not one of my best hotel experiences.

It is a pleasant experience from the moment you walk in - room was clean and comfortable - enjoyed the sitting space as we were there for 4 days, as well as the beverage counter and fridge space for snacks. The staff is fantastic which enhanced the entire experience -
