"We arrived after a power failure (nasty rain storm). Power was back by the time we checked in, but the elevator was not working. That posed a problem due to a family member's health condition. Frank (the host) offered us to switch with a similar apartment across the street with functioning elevator, but eventually we decided to stay with the original booking. "This was going to be a much higher rated review due to the value this room had and its location to the metro, however, on our last night, someone entered our room during the day while we were gone (with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door handle), turned off the A/C and took the remote for the A/C.
