"Everything was very clean, and the bed was really really comfortable. We had an event at the convention center so this was the perfect place. Would definitely go back when there wasn’t a ton of snow on the ground so we could check out the downtown Providence area."

"We had to stay there for a dance comp, so weren’t really looking for anything super nice, just sleeps able. Well, not this place. It was horrific ~two men were fighting outside as we drove up and the cops came, one man was arrested~ whose mother lives on property😳FILTHY room, hair on bed and BLOOD splattered on desk. We left immediately. I was absolutely mortified. NEVER AGAIN. "

"They were working on elevators. Only 1 out of 3 were working. The one that was working broke with several people on it including a father, his son, and daughter. They were stuck for 25 mins.
