"Nice place. Very affordable. However there was no communication when asked for a small extension for checkout. I have a child with disabilities which makes things a bit slow. The local staff at reception desk were very rude and sarcastic. This place is Great for adults. Not so great for families with kids. "

Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. The variety of food for breakfast is excellent and everything is delicious and well made. Always clean and fresh. The pool was in maintenance and we could not use but it is understandable. The gym equipments are old and poor in options but I reckon not many guests are using it as it was always empty.
In a overall the stay was beyond expectations. "
