Everything about the hotel was superior. From the accommodations to the staff. The staff were very kind and professional. The restaurant was also very good. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and it was very enjoyable.

The staff were very helpful especially in the restaurant. Hotel in general was good but not a real four star hotel by European standards. The room was clean but pretty small. The furniture pretty cheap. No loafers or bath gowns as you might expect from a real 4 star hotel. The pool lacked towels which you heve to get from reception every time . The towels were very small and of cheap quality. The proximity to the beach is great but there are no lying beds and again the same towels very small. The gym pretty tiny and smelt of moldy air as it’s only open on demand. No SPA service. Breakfast was great but monotonous as they served preymuch the same things and I stayed there for 3 weeks and it lacks the wow element . The restaurant apparently was an external company from what I gathered. The excursion bureau itself is an external agency. So you have to pay upfront for any excursion. The journey to Port de Galinhas was very tiring and long. The bus was not comfortable at all and the driving and the roads were not smooth at all. The destination was fabulous but there was very little worry regarding the preservation of the site. The site was jam packed with people, The organizers were more concerned with charging you for everything and inciting you to buy more excursions within the excursion. Lots of trash around. Overall didn’t enjoy as much as I would have wanted this beautiful place.

O check in foi normal. Já estávamos dentro do quarto e fomos surpreendidos com um funcionário abrindo a porta, justificando que ia fazer uma revisão do quarto. O atendimento em geral não foi satisfatório. Com exceção para a equipe da noite que demonstrou cordialidade e atenção. O café da manhã é bom. Nosso quarto estava com cheiro desagradável. Foi nossa segunda vez no hotel. Percebemos deterioração. A qualidade dos produtos de higiene e limpeza deixou a desejar. As roupas de cama e banho, precisei pedir pra trocar todas, assim que cheguei, pois estavam sujas. Não recomendo e não retornarei.

Hotel novo, funcionários muito educados e solicitos, café da manhã completo. O quarto é muito bom, porém um pouco apertado para famílias. A localização do hotel também é outro ponto importante a se considerar visto que não é tão perto do centrinho e a praia em frente (essa epoca do ano), tinha curta faixa de areia e mar agitado. No geral, nós recomendamos.

O quarto era o melhor do hotel, com ofuro privativo, porém não estava funcionando, arrumaram mas só no segundo dia, ou seja uma diária foi pago um quarto bem mais caro, mas sem o benefício dele. O espaço do quarto era ótimo, gigante, uma varanda enorme, vista pro mar, muito bonito, mas a limpeza deixava a desejar. Só trocavam as toalhas, não passavam nem uma vassoura no quarto. Fizeram uma confusão no frigobar, ele não tinha quase nada quando a gente chegou, provavelmente não foi reposto na troca de hóspedes e quiseram cobrar da gente um consumo que não tivemos e demorou pra resolver, ficaram desconfiando da gente. Achamos isso péssimo. O café da manhã tinha opções ótimas pra pedir na cozinha, mas o atendimento dos garçons pra conseguir pedir era muito difícil, tinha que falar várias vezes pra conseguir algo, eles estavam muito ocupados com uma família grande de gringos lá e ignoravam os outros hóspedes, nos últimos dias eu desisti inclusive, dava trabalho demais. Além disso, disse que tinha atendimento do garçom na praia, mas ele só ficou no celular, não consegui ser atendida e resolvi ir pra outro local.

Tive uma experiência péssima com o serviço do restaurante. Tentamos comer um sanduíche no próprio restaurante do hotel, mas fomos informados de que só seria possível servir no quarto. O mais absurdo é que o sanduíche era preparado ali mesmo, no restaurante. Questionamos a situação, mas não houve nenhuma tentativa de resolver ou oferecer alternativa. Atendimento muito ruim e falta de bom senso com o cliente.
