"The place in general is good. But it do not face a lake or has no view on the lake as described. To go on the lake, you have to cross the road and walk in the woods for 2 minutes. It is not far but this is not aside the lake as we can believed and described in the ad. To make kayak or paddle boat you have to rent it which for the price we pay should be included. One of the star goes to the person who does maintenance and reception, he is so gentle and want to make sure that we have everything...

"This was a nice, clean room with everything working properly. Extras like wrapped soap, make-up remover, etc were provided as well as bottled water. It has a pleasant overhang roof outside with a table and chairs for outside meals. It's in quiet and attractive surroundings. We certainly want to stay there again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, especially our room and the swimming pool, which was spotless and well maintained. The staff were friendly, and we had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was simple but good. It included scrambled eggs, pancakes, toast, waffles, butter, cheese, jam, fruit yogurt, apples, tea, and coffee. While the selection wasn’t extensive, everything was fresh and nicely prepared. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay."

"Great location with ample on-site parking and only a 10 min walk to the marina and the small town centre which also has several bars and restaurants and only a 30 minute drive to Kingston Prior to our arrival, we had not realized they also have a well known, local restaurant in-house, which was able to.accommodate us on our first night .. Throughout our short 2 night stay, we found the food to be excellent ( and able to accommodate my wife's need for gluten free meals) and the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. They also provided a simple breakfast option, which you can choose to eat in your room, the dining area or the back terrace! I was also personally struck by the obvious care, quality (and attention to detail) of the renovation work the 2 owners had put into the property! This place is definitely worth a visit ! We will be back."

"The staff here are wonderful and always helpful. The property itself is older, so while they are working on updating and maintaining, a lot of it is dated or needing minor repair. For example, there used to be a swimming pool but the previous owner filled it with dirt. The room we were in has a great view of the river and a patio that opens right in front of the dock, which was lovely. However, the room itself was dated and needed a deep clean and the plumbing was obviously old. The beds were comfortable and the food was fantastic, especially the Sunday brunch, which is very popular. You can tell that everyone there cares about taking care of their guests and the main building shows their hard work in cleaning up and updating the property. The convenient access to the park and waterways is another plus."
