The hotel is noisy from night to morning- and i’m not referring to noise from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets and clubs below. My sleep was interrupted many times throughout the night till late morning with loud banging of doors, cleaners slamming their push carts against the thin walls and such. I would need a good pair of earplugs if i were to stay there again.
For two nights, i requested for extra pillow. On the day of check in, the female staff told me that she will check for the pillows. It was quite late already and understandbly she called back to apologize that she couldnt find any extra pillows in the store.
On the second day, early morning, i asked the female malay staff if we could have additional two more pillows. Before she even check, she told me that she cannot guarantee anything. At night when i came back, two male malay staff were speaking to each other - and similarly i asked if we could request two more pillows. One of the guys said ok and will deliver up, but was quickly interrupted by the other male staff who spoke in Malay( which i obviously couldnt understood) and then he said that they have run out of pillows, without checking again.
I find it hard to give them the benefit of doubt.
