"I informed a front desk staff member that there was no soap in the men's washroom next to the eating area. He should have said thank you and checked the soap dispenser, but instead, he walked me to the washroom and asked me to prove that it was empty. I couldn't believe it! On the positive side, this lodge offers a buffet breakfast with bacon, which I rarely see at most hotels."

"The air unit was extremely loud in the room and made it very difficult to sleep. The unit produced a high pitched buzzing noise which wouldn't turn off even with the unit off. Overall great stay."
