Furnishings were clean and new. Staff was friendly. From inside room I could hear voices of people in hall or other rooms, but that is almost always the case. Breakfast was pretty good - a little carb-heavy and fruit-light.

The hotel was very nice however on Expedia, it advertised our basic room to sleep. Five people, that’s why I booked it. This was not a room that accommodated five people, and we had to squeeze into two queen size beds. When I asked the front desk to send a cot they told me they could not put a cot in that room. This was unfortunate.

We were traveling as a group of 5. According to Expedia the room should have had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Upon arrival we learned the Microtel doesn’t not have any rooms like that but they did offer a cot. The cot was fine but very dusty. If we had known this, we would have not booked. The staff was great though, the area was safe.
