"The inside is much better than how it looks outside. It was very clean and served our purpose. The bathroom sink was a bit small and the shower had amazing water pressure but unfortunately when we were leaving on Sunday one of us has to take a cold shower. "

"My 21 year old daughter, 19 year old son, dog, and my husband and I enjoyed Pepin for the first time over the weekend. We loved how close we were to the marina and beach! Our dog had a great time swimming. We walked around the cute town, then drove to the winery which was amazing. The sleeping arrangements were a bit tight for us, but we managed with a blow up bed that was brought over. The fences in yard was perfect for our dog. We really enjoyed this beautiful area! Thank you!"

"When I first saw the place, my heart sank. Dirty and grungy and full of webs and bugs on the outside. But the interior was quite nice. I only noticed 2 minor things -- mop board below the toilet paper was dirty, and the vent fan needs to be cleaned. We had a good stay. Hot tub is perfectly functional. Easy walking distance to National Eagle Center, river walking paths, restaurants/bars. "

"This unit was in the perfect spot to do things in walking distance! There was a lot of restaurants near by to walk to. The apartment unit we stayed in was exactly what it was in the pictures, very clean and quiet. The instructions on where to park and how to access the building were clear and easy to follow. I would recommend bringing your own clean up items but otherwise it was a great experience and I would love to stay there again. "

"Great location right DT close to everything. Nice little place. Not setup for people who prefer to cook, kitchen is split in half, no dishwasher. the 2 person table is to large for the small corner. We (3) ate meals in the living room. Hot water issues, it would stop while doing dishes. Had to run bathtub on hot to get the on demand hot water heater to kick back on. I would stay there again but modify meals. "
