"We extended our trip from Utah one day longer to make a detour and see the Painted Hills o. Our way home to the Oregon Coast. We made a last minute reservation in John Day and chose this hotel. "My husband and I didn't know what to expect in John Day, and we were pleased to discover this reasonably-priced hotel. The pet fee was reasonable at $15, and the room was clean and spacious with a couch & coffee table, and a Keurig coffee machine!
