"Property was fine. Breakfast was terrible. But the real issue is that it's absolutely infuriating and should be unacceptable to make a reservation for a room with two double beds, drive 12 hours, get there and be greeted with, "Hi, we've moved you and your your wife and two teenagers to a room with a king bed and a pull out. (Smile, with no explanation)" And then when I questioned why my reservation isn't really a reservation, I got the whole "we oversell our properties whatever percent because blah, blah blah" lesson. None of which should be my problem. Then they asked me, "Do you still want to honor the reservation?" Like, what? Do I want to honor the reservation that you aren't honoring? He said it with a straight face. I couldn't believe he said it with a straight face... Apparently he gets lots of practice telling people this. For what people pay to stay at your places, and for whatever hundreds of percent more your executives are being paid than your lowest wage workers, figure something else out other than, "Uh.... I dunno, oversell everything 20% and just ignore the definition of reservation and how hotels have operated since their inception. We only made 7 bazillion dollars last year." Tell me why I would ever make a "reservation with your company again? I know, I know, 'they all do it.' Be the ones who dont. Eff. "

"The menu wmhad a good variety of selections. The food was good and the price was great. The staff was very polite and the dining area was beautiful. Our room was very nice. We enjoyed our stay."

"I would rate this hotel as a solid 4-star, but unfortunately not a 5-star experience. We booked a Deluxe room and requested a higher floor at check-in. Nothing was mentioned, and we were assigned a room on the lowest floor, which was disappointing. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom layout is quite impractical. The shower is located behind a door shared with the toilet, and the light is controlled by a sensor that turns off automatically when the door is open do you have to close it and the space is super small. This makes something as simple as taking a shower far from relaxing. Housekeeping was also underwhelming. While the room was cleaned, items were not properly reset— for example, we left a steamer out and it remained in the exact same place every day without being put back. Additionally, I reached out to Guest Relations via email for assistance with reservations and never received any response, which I found highly unprofessional for a hotel claiming a 5-star standard. Overall, while the hotel is decent, it does not meet the expectations of a true 5-star property. "

"Due to energy conservation upgrades, bathroom lights turn off at 9-10 mins mark. Because of no warming on this feature, I have fallen while in the shower. I have immediately reported the fall after coming out the shower. I have a few concerns. I talked to the front desk staff, Dave, and Mido. None of your staff knows the exact time your sensors have for the bathroom light, so I have conducted a few times of turning it on and waiting until it turns off automatically. It varies from 9 min and 13 secs to 10 mins and 13 secs. I have a video of it. Dave checked the light switch and found nothing wrong. So it works well. You have no kill switch to stop the automatic turn off. I know this because I have asked him to stop the sensors. Your sensors do not sense the movement inside the glass shower. When the lights turned off, it only turned back on when I opened the glass door, but I have already fallen then. That’s when I knew your lights are on auto off mode with sensors. Your bathrooms have no windows, so there is no natural light. That’s no problem. The problem is that you have an auto off mode on your lights that will turn off after 9-10 mins. If you’re inside the shower, you will be in darkness, and that little light at the socket at the sink is not enough light for safety. The app you use for valet does not work well. It only tells you your car is being retrieved, but not when the car is already there. Check with your app vendor. It’s frustrating. "
