The Vaal River Bush Lodge is the perfect getaway for fun weekends or vacations. This stunning 3-bedroom, 4 and a half bathroom property includes 3 single beds & 2 sofa beds - accommodating a maximum of 10 persons - overlooks the Vaal River.

The house centres around a sparkling clear pool with wooden deck surrounded by lush indigenous vegetation. All living rooms lead off from this idyllic leisure and living area. The outdoor patio comprises of 2 deck umbrellas, a hammock, 8 sun loungers as well as an 8-seater dining table. Natural wood prominently features in the interior finishes, with plenty of natural light streaming in from the many retractable doors and windows.

A fully-equipped kitchen serves the 8-seater dining table in the large, open-plan area. There is also a 6-seater downstairs bar and leisure area for effortless socializing.

The unique ‘Boathouse’ is a glass-walled sun-room suspended above the Vaal River and is a spectacular place to spend any time of the day. The 'Boathouse' also has its own, hammock, lounge an an 8-seater dining room table. For endless relaxation, there is also a 3-seater swing as well as 4 additional hammocks on the jetty.

Additional features of this spectacular property include 2 fireplaces, 2 flat screens and a jacuzzi.

Generator in case of either power failure and / or scheduled Load Shedding.

Housekeeping service :
Upon request only & subject to availability
Monday – Friday, between 8am & 3pm (a specific 2 hour time slot will be allocated & communicated to you)
Weekends & Public Holidays at an extra cost - 24-hour prior arrangement required
Linen change every 6 days
Bathroom towel change every 3 days
Beach towels no change

A refundable breakage deposit equal to 1 nights' stay will be charged prior to arrival.

Please note :

No watercraft (boat / jet-ski) is included in your stay.
You are more than welcome to bring your own watercraft for use during your stay. Access to the slipway and the use of the private jetty is permitted.
