Beautiful setting also next to the klip river. The size of my accomodation was absolutely huge. Very good breakfast and amazing value for money. Just loved the peace and quite.

Ducks Country Guest House

The stay was relatively decent, Spider webs on the porch, mold in the shower, broken bed lamp, food was good on the first day, second day we had the same request for breakfast as the first day (Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese omelets) but ended up getting plain omelets. Other guests were given a tour of the grounds while we were just showed to our room. The "Free Wifi" was not even accessible from the room - If it was to be room specific it should have been stipulated. No bathroom door even for a couple.

Die Beschilderung war schlecht, wir könnten keine Klingel finden! Zum Gluck kAm per Zufall ein Angestellter vorbei, welcher und eingelassen hat! Unter der Telefonnummer der Buchung hat niemand abgenommen! Am Garagentor hing ein Schild; wegen geschlossener Gesellschaft ist das Hotel zu, was uns völlig verwirrt hat! Und Angst gemacht, da der Ort ziemlich abgelegen ist!

Wonderful get away!

We had the most amazing night at the Duck Country House...Can't wait to go back! Our room was so warm on a freezing cold night! The breakfast was delicious too! Would highly recommend to family and friends! Thank you! :) xXx
