O Restinga Flat tem uma estrutura de alto padrão e localização privilegiada. Entretanto, a administradora Xtay é "Nota Zero" ... passamos 17 dias hospedados e não tem um canal de comunicação funcionando para solicitar reposição de toalhas e lençóis e limpeza de quarto. Meu conselho aos viajantes é que reservem quartos que não estão sendo administrados pela Xtay.

Uma experiência fantástica

Simplesmente PERFEITA ! Eles realmente sabem cuidar do cliente em cada detalhe. Hotel pé na areia com vista do mar maravilhosa. Vale muito a pena pelo preço mesmo sem café da manhã. Fica na região mais nobre da cidade, em frente à praia de Bessa, que possui ótima estrutura de quiosques, é muito limpa, é possível ver tartarugas e outras espécies em extinção. Excelente para uma caminhada matinal. A área comum de piscina é excelente e tem uma vista da praia fora do comum. Tudo no hotel muito novo e de primeira qualidade. Chuveiro e camas excelentes. Foi possível estacionar no local porque estava vazio quando fomos. O único ponto de melhoria seria ter serviço de quarto à um preço mais acessível, porque nos hospedamos por 8 dias. Podem se hospedar sem medo, o quarto estava idêntico às fotos do site.

Foi pessima, apto nao estava preparado para receber hospede, 2 cabide apenas, ar condicionado em possicao errada, molhou televisao e roupas em cima do armario, sem armarios para guardar compra, toda agua da piscina da area comum do condominio caia na porta da cozinha, inclusive caiu em cima da mesa e estragou meu notebook, fiz a ocorrencia e agora precisa ser reembolsado. Aptos sujo, sem um ano de prato, vassoura, pano de chao, sem suporte no banheiro para acomodar as coisas para tomar banho... Foi decepcionante pois estava em lua de meu. Haa, uma area de lazer com um piscina sem iluminacao, ficamos 13 dias no escuro a noite . horrivel

Foi maravilhosa, fácil acesso, pé na areia literalmente, a praia de frente foi a minha favorita em João Pessoa, perfeita! Acordar e dormir com o barulho do mar não tem preço, local seguro, tranquilo sem barulho como em Tambau…
