Hotel com muitos pontos negativos, box apertadíssimos do banheiro, nos falaram que o hotel estava cheio ao ligar pro expedia nos colocaram num quarto com acessibilidade que não era confortável, com 2 camas de solteiro juntas que se abriam, café muito limitado e funcionários antipaticos, desagradou em todos os pontos!

Custo beneficio excelente.

Adoramos, piscina profundidade adequada, café da manhã muito bom pricipalmente a gentileza e cuidado do funcionário Alysson com os hóspedes em especial com a nossa filha parabéns Alysson. Tivemos um pequeno problema no primeiro dia com o ar condicionado vazando, mas que foi resolvido e no ato da reserva tem um desconto em um passeio turístico mas que na acomodação esse desconto não existe não sabem informar quem oferece esse desconto se a acomodação ou a empresa da reserva, achamos as camas um pouco ruim, pois juntaram duas de solteiro para fazer uma de casal.

Bote deixou a desejar, pois o quarto que fiquei de ar não gelava e pingava a noite inteira molhando tudo que estava abaixo e interrompendo o sono das madrugadas.. Tv não era smart.. a limpeza do quarto só aconteceu no final da tarde… O estacionamento é limitado para um número x de carros, e por uma vez meu carro dormiu na rua por uma noite.. Piso da área da piscina e da rampa da piscina muito escorregadio e quase tive um acidente com meu filho…

Não gostei da limpeza! Mas a governanta foi muito educada e se mostrou muito atenciosa com nossa reclamação, resolveu na hora em que pedimos! Eles fizeram a limpeza do quarto de hóspedes anteriores não retiraram o lixo! Mas de resto deu tudo certo!

Bom hotel, mas....

Conheço a rede Nord já há algum tempo , porém dessa vez me decepcionei com as acomodações. Quartos pequenos e apertados, cama de casal era perceptível que tinha um desnível no meio, ou seja, duas camas de solteiro foram unidas. O café de manhã que sempre foi muito bom nos outros hotéis da rede, dessa vez deixou a desejar. A responsável pela cozinha negou fazer uma tapioca (comida regional da área ) por causa da demanda de serviço , onde nesse horário só tinha a minha mesa ocupada! Lamentável ! Os hóspedes não tem nada haver com a demanda de serviço ! A sanduicheira estava toda remendada com riscos sérios de choque ! Nem utilizamos com medo ... enfim! Fora isso o hotel tem tudo pra ser bom , com ótima área de piscina e boa localização !!
