Great location
This is a convenent and confortable hotel, next to the beach. Beatiful accomodations, however the swimpool needs a heavy cleaning, scrub the tiles at least every other month to remove mud from side walls.

The hotel location is half block of a busy beach, staff have poor customer service knowledge and lack of interest on assist the passenger, housekeeping never showed up in two days, amenities are available upon request, including a hairdryer.

Lindo na aparência e só. Localização privilegiada, mas existem diversas opções ao redor, então não é uma exclusividade. O que as fotos mostram são fotos. A realidade é que o prédio e a decoração são contemporâneos e bonitos, umpressionam. Mas os serviços são péssimos. Como tem vários proprietários, não tem gerência. No terraço tinha uma poça de água que ninguém foi passar um rodo. Ficou lá para secar no Sol. Enquanto isso, uma pessoa - que não dava bom dia e só perguntava o número do quarto - ficava parada ao lado do buffet do café da manhã, meio que constrangendo as pessoas pela sua presença antipática. A cama não tinha colchão. Era uma cama de armar dura, colocada sobre um box. Nenhuma cadeira no quarto, apenas um pufe e uma poltrona que estava suja. A fechadura não funcionava direito na hora de fechar a porta. As toalhas estavam todas esgarçadas. Reclamei, me deram outras que tinham até buraco. Nenhuma tinha um padrão, além de ser muito ruim. Cada uma de um tamanho. Parece que pediram para os proprietários darem toalhas brancas usadas e recolheram elas para dar aos hóspedes. O buffet do café estava ok, mas os frios eram pouco variados e sem refrigeração. A piscina é pra molhar os pés Se cheia, tem metro e dez cm de profundidade, mas não estava cheia quando fui. Falta gerência e cuidado. Vale procurar outras opções ao redor. Alto preço para o que oferece.

Localização muito boa em Cabo Branco. Equipe cortes e prestativa. Ponto que deveriam melhorar: toalhas e roupas de cama. Tudo muito usado e desgastado. Destaque: café da manhã muito bom!

Foi uma estadia bem confortável, o apartamento era bem espaçoso, a limpeza sempre bem feita o cafe simples mas gostoso. Não tivemos nenhum Contratempo que o desaprove.
