Hotel charged for breakfast that was supposed to be included. Elevator broken 1st night. Room standard not different from premium as listed. Halls not clevacuumed or clean.

Bon hôtel, mais le personnel manque de formation ( peu d’anglais, appelle la chambre et raccroche au nez plusieurs fois quand le client ne parle pas chinois, ne considère pas le client à la réception car concentré sur les écrans alors qu’il n’y a personne etc etc… )
