When I came to check in, the front staff was very friendly and helped me accordingly. The only problem was that check in is at 2pm, I came in at 2pm, did the whole check in process which took about 10-15 minutes and then I was told I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my room because the room wasn’t clean yet. I didn’t have much of a problem since I was able to wait in the lobby. But check in is promoted online at 2pm. I booked this hotel/room mainly for the washer/dryer in the room, but beware as it’s not an all in one with the dryer, we had to go to another floor to dry (if we were lucky), we’d either have to wait a while or hang our clothes in the room to air dry. The room is also operated by your hotel key card, it’s summer so after you come back from your day adventure, the room is all hot and not comfortable. The room we stayed in, the shower hose wouldn’t stay on good and slump down, so we would have to be close to the wall to get some water on our bodies. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff! They’re very friendly and helpful.

Staff couldnt speak english but they use the translator to help us. Very helpful young kids that manage the reception. Breakfast every morning was so awesome. Lots of good variety of food every morning

We got two king size bed suite. The beds were very comfy with very good quality linens. The hosts were very nice and assisted us with airport transportation. Location is very convenient. Around 13 minutes walk to Nanjing Pedestrian Street and 10 minutes walk to the nearest shopping mall - 上海大悦城.
