Closer to main street south lots of shipping malls, restaurants, Metro and hop on hop off bus stop.

Front desk staff was super sweet and helpful, offered us a same room at a better location from the hotel chain, even had a free pickup to send us to the other hotel. We got a breathtaking view of the bund!!!

I had the most incredible stay at the Fairmont Peace Hotel. The location was central and I couldn’t fault a single thing. The staff were a standout for me. I’ll be back!

The location of the hotel is excellent. The mall is just next door. Have stayed in this hotel three times. During my last stay, I thought I lost my hand phone, Cindy and her colleagues were very helpful to try to locate my phone via the Didi company. Really appreciate their help. However, the conditions of the first room given to us was not so good. There were stains in the bathroom which shouldn’t be the case. Housekeeping is lacking though the housekeep staff was very friendly when I met them along the corridor.

Great location, a little extravagant, but fun.
