"This place was top of the tier!! The staff is SO kind and helpful. We met a great person who was also BTS army and we chatted everytime we ran into her. You can’t ask for a better stay. The pools and other amenities are so high class! Best place I have ever stayed at."

"Clean and spacious room with huge bathroom for South korea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the singer in the cafe bar too! Only negative, the lifts take forever so add 5 minutes to getting out of the hotel (especially if you have a taxi booked!)."
