The place was super super nice and neat. I wish we could have stayed longer!! The placement of the hotel is also perfect---surrounded by beautiful city but nearly next to the ocean. Just a 5-minute walk away from the beach. Loved it here!

The room was very clean and confortable, for a long stay with ocean view The kitchen equipment was incomplete there were no knives, forks, or glasses. There was a washing machine, which is very convenient for long stays, but it wasn't mentioned in the listing.

We had a couple of issues with our suite, but the staff (especially Mr. Na) were really helpful and understanding, going out of their way to make sure things were right. The location was wonderful and the panoramic views from our unit were amazing.

The property was a smart home, everything was perfect, immaculately clean, technology in the property is amazing. Check-in process was very fast, property is near everything, walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for 6 adults and very spacious. HVAC tv power front door were all very tricky to figure out. The instructions in English are inadequate. There is lack of front desk and concierge type service. These units are designed for Korean residents. Even though I am Korean American it was not easy to figure out this smart home controls. Also the water heater need to be turned on for a hot shower. Otherwise the unit was spacious and comfortable.

Amazing staff and stay. Very accommodating and helpful. Gorgeous vie of the river. Close to subway which made it easier as we did not rent a car. Room clean and hose keeping was provided daily. Would stay again.

We loved the large clean rooms for a family of four. The location was a short walk to the beach and to the market and overall a great place to stay in Busan. You do need to read many house rules in order to use the property well and be good at using higher end switches as most of the house is setup for automation. Also be sure to have Google translate lens ready because all of the air conditioning, toilet operations, and appliances are in Korean. We enjoyed our stay there!
