"There is a certain poverty of words when trying to describe something truly special, but I will try my best! My stay at OKU Andalusia exceeded every expectation, and then reached even further! What you see in photos? Doesn’t even come close to how beautiful the place is. Yes, the curated style and design are absolutely stunning, but the true beauty of this place lies beyond the aesthetics - it’s in the ambiance, its energy, and above all, the people. There is a kindness here that cannot be performed. A warmth and generosity that greets you in every smile, every detail and every gesture. For 6 nights, I had the privilege of calling this place home. To leave OKU Andalusia felt almost like a comedown from ecstasy. The bittersweet ache of stepping out of a euphoric world and re-entering the mundane - this is how intoxicating the experience was. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Every single member of staff I interacted with made me feel truly seen. As if nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was handled with such grace! "Had a wonderful break here. Reading reviews about ants I bought spray on my first shop so it wasn't too bad a problem despite being ground floor. Lovely pool and lifeguard makes sure that people don't reserve and dont return so you can always get a chair whatever time of day. Spacious apartment with a modern look - had everything we needed. Lots of kids entertainment in evenings but it started too late for our kids! There are a lot of stairs in the complex so if you get a flat in the wrong area there might be a lot of walking steps - would advise messaging hotel in advance if need step free access! "

"This is third time we have stayed at Holiday Inn express in Spain, first time at this one. Breakfast was wonderful--I cant emphasize the benefit that this is. The rooms were clean. The sofa bed is sufficiently comfortable but a full bed would be better. Having said that, my large fat self slept very well on the Sofa bed. Parking was fine as street parking in that area is ample and easy to find right outside the hotel. "

"Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff. My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay. "
