Special thanks to Spawn Li, whose service was truly outstanding. From check-in to every request, Spawn was warm, professional, and attentive. Spawn even wrote taxi directions in Chinese for me, which was incredibly helpful. This genuine care made my trip memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.
