"I really wanted to give this hotel a better rating, but it came up short in many areas. The room was comfortable but housekeeping was minimal. I checked in on Sunday and didn't see a fresh towel until Thursday. Bed was never made during my week - long stay. No hot water the last two times I took a shower. Noisy! "Very modern hotel! Rooms were clean, comfy, and spacious, and staff was polite and helpful. Location is pretty convenient as well, we were able to walk to the bazaar and Arbat street. Easy access to pharmacies and “corner” markets as well! And if you need to take a taxi there’s a dedicated turn off so you don’t have to wait on a curb"

"Such a brilliant hotel, with stellar rooms, great food, super friendly staff and a good location. It's close to the airport obviously but downtown is about 15 mins away. Good value too."

"The front desk lady was helpful though she dies not speak English. The shuttle was at some issue and late, and they called a taxi timely. The property was quite new and clean, but insulation wasn’t good, and noise was from both inside and outside."
