Apartment 'Renata 26' with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Situated in Jesolo, the holiday apartment Renata 26 is just a short walk from the beach. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning (for an extra fee) as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.

This vacation rental features a private covered terrace for relaxing evenings.

Beach equipped from the first Sunday in May to the last Sunday in September.

Swimming pools are operational from 15/5 to 15/9.

A parking space is available on the property.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided.

The property has a step-free interior.

An elevator is available in the building.

Bed linen and towels are available only upon explicit request and with the payment of an additional fee at the property. This cost will be applied for each weekly change.

Presence of smoke/fire detectors, gas/methane and fire extinguisher.



Check-in is only allowed during the scheduled hours and requires prior approval from the host for any exceptions. Late check-in is possible only upon request and at an additional cost, to be agreed with the host based on the actual arrival time. This must be communicated at least 3 days before the check-in date.



A security deposit is required and will be returned in cash at check-out if it takes place in person with the host between 9:30 and 10:00 AM. If you check out earlier, the deposit will be returned via bank transfer after the property has been checked.
