"Disappointing and Unpleasant Stay. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel was extremely noisy, crowded with kids running around everywhere, and overall very dirty. The buffet restaurant was particularly bad — the floors were filthy, the tables were not cleaned properly, and the entire food area felt unhygienic. The service was just as bad. "The owner of the Hotel - Gabriel made the visit spectacular- helping us with tours, phones, dining and general questions - always available. The hotel is located close to Jaffa gate - and in a very nice square with incredible dining and things to see. The hotel is basic - but clean, up to date, well Looked after and an excellent deal for the location. Highly recommend!!!!"
