"The hotel is really nice and well spotted There’s a shuttle to go to New York Times Square The pool is terrible we can’t see our foot in the water"

"Great amenities. One tv in the suite did not work. The other did not connect to internet for Netflix or prime video. Other than those things it was great. Breakfast was good. "

"The price for a room in this hotel is too expensive. My room was literally falling apart. The lights, air conditioner, chairs and even soup dispensers were broken. The carpet was very stained and dirty. The pool is also very small. I cannot imagine what it would be when is busy. Breakfast was not terrible but it wasn't great either. The gentlemen at the front desk was nice and cortesious. "
