Empire Hotel Group in Jersey City

"Room is clean and smells good. Breakfast is great. Hotel is close to NYC. Bus takes only 20-30 minutes to get there. We stayed for 3 nights. We will definitely come back to this place again. "

"Luke warm showers after waking in nyc all day. Broken tv in the main bedroom. Toilet was clogging when flushing every time. Pull out bed was very stained and they did not have any covers for it or extra pillows for my kids. Pool was closed, we booked it for the pool. Kids are disappointed. The staff was friendly but did not help with any issues, besides offer too change rooms at 1am but said there could be a chance the water in that room would be the same way. He was very nice, it was just very disapointing. The breakfast was large and decent. The rooms were pretty quiet, there was a screaming baby next door that i didn't hear until i opened the door to the hall. They was a bus stop right in front of the place, so that was awesome. Just a miserable experience with the luke warm shower after a long day in the city. "

"I did not stay at this place. Upon arrival I asked to view the room before check in and it definitely was not a pictured. The room was old and outdated and the hot tub was disgusting. I ask to be refunded and had to find another room for the weekend. The front desk clerk was understanding and gave me no problem with a refund."

"The staff that works at this hotel are top-class professionals.yiu can tell they care about their hotel and each guest that stays here. Housekeeping here does above and beyond. I've had a wonderful time here. Nice and quit here at nights and durijgnthe day. Will definitely be back"

"Me gustó porque la propiedad estaba limpia y ordenada. Lo único que no me gustó fue que no pusieron ni una botella de agua en la nevera. Pero aparte de eso el hotel es excelente."
