Condo 208 at Island Beach Resort is on the second floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, an oversized balcony, 1 king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. Condo 208 has gorgeous ocean views from it's two balconies and is a mere 30-second walk to the private beach entrance. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

NOTE: Complete condo renovation completed in November, 2021 boast high end finishes.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

A: Dishware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, limited qty of pots/pans, limited serving utensils, blender, drip coffee maker, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dishwasher tablets. Guest should bring coffee & filters, condiments, extra paper towels, and trash bags.

Q: What linens does my condo have?
A: 2 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

Q: What other amenities are provided?
A: 1 box tissues, 2 beach chairs, mop/bucket/broom in closet, hair dryer, iron, no safe

Jensen Beach vaca

The location was perfect-waterfront condo. Private beach, pool and great restaurant-lunch, dinner and bar. Outdoor dining and got to see baby sea turtles hatch and make for the ocean at dinner last night. Condo was updated and had everything we needed. Will be returning in the future.

Nice for a Short Getaway

We had a great time for our three day weekend getaway. It was a perfect space for three of us and right in the beach. The breeze kept us cool and we could watch the waves all day.
