We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. "Wonderful estate located in a beautiful park. I would be happy to come back even in my opinion hotel should rather be rated as 3-3,5 star. Tasteful breakfast, but dinners were so-so. Also rooms need improvement: new beds and instaling a frigde. Very nice people especially at the reception and great service, but still some improvements are needed."

"Bardzo ładny apartament poza centrum. W świetnej lokalizacji, jeśli chodzi o wyjście na szlaki. Czyste powietrze i brak hałasu. Niestety podawany jest jako apartament dla 4 osób, a nie ma dla tylu osób miejsca. Łóżko tzw. małżeńskie ma tylko 120cm szerokości i nie nadaje się do wygodnego spania dla 2 osób. I to jest jego największa wada."

"Area is nice and clean, building is new but missing basic amenities such: A/C, basic toiletries, washing machine which is advertised as one of the amenity. They also charge energy fee,which is ironic as they have no A/C"

It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."

"Karpacz 3 Maja 66 to miejsce tragiczne pod każdym względem. Takiego syfu i smrodu dawno nie widziałem. Paskudna śmierdząca klatka schodowa, rozbite szyby w drzwiach, przegnite wykładziny. W "apartamencie" prawie wszystko nie działa. Przepalone żarówki, niesprawna kuchenka, brudne łóżka. Pościel nieprzygotowana, samemu musieliśmy ją powlekać w poszewki. Za miejce do spania służy wąska sofa oraz dwa ciasne fotele szerokości 1 metra. Na cały apartament nie ma ani jednego łóżka. Parking cały w...

"Wir hatten 2 Hotelzimmer gebucht vom 13.12 bis zum 14.12. Vor Ort war dann aber eine Gesellschaft drin und man sagte uns es liege keine Reservierung von Expedia vor. Laut Expedia hat bis heute auch niemand von dem Hotel auf die Mails von Expedia reagiert. "

"The apt is great for 3 -4 people. The bedroom is quite small but the the living area is very comfortable + a big balcony gives some extra space. Outdoor furniture provided. Perfectly located for either hiking or dining in the centre. Nice kitchenette. Clean. I recommend it"
